Time Machine Quest (TMQ)

In Ultimate Dragon Ball Online the past is under attack by a mysterious faction called the Time Breakers, led by Mira and Towa. Their goal is to distort history for their own purposes. By using a Time Machine, players travel back to key moments in Dragon Ball history to ensure the timeline remains intact.

Biography

The Time Breakers have caused rifts in history, creating dangerous distortions in the past. Dende forewarned Time Patrol Trunks about Mira’s plan to spread chaos across the timeline. In response, Trunks formed the Time Patrol, a group of heroes — including the player and other adventurers — tasked with safeguarding history.

Together, the Time Patrol must intervene in critical battles of the Dragon Ball story, stop the Time Breakers, and prevent history from being rewritten.

How to Start a TMQ

• TMQs become available from level 25 onward.
• They are repeatable quests.
• Requirements:
  • Obtain the specified Concentrated Liquid Fuel.
  • Speak with GBT-HOPE to apply for a Time Machine Quest.
  • Only the party leader can activate the Time Machine with the fuel.
• Party details:
  • You can start solo or in a group of up to 5 players.
  • Once started, all party members are automatically drawn into the mission.
  • Players can use the Paragon System to play the Dungeon alongside powerfull NPCs which help you in Battle

How to Complete a TMQ

• After entering the past, you must clear all stages within the given time limit.
• TMQs are stage-based:
  • Each stage must be completed before advancing.
  • Each stage has its own timer.
• Failure conditions:
  • Running out of time.
  • Entire party defeated.
  • All players dead simultaneously.

List of Time Machine Quests

TMQ 1

The Time Patrol arrives in the past as Raditz lands on Earth. The Farmer is killed, and the Time Breakers ambush the heroes.

• Disable a bomb planted by Freeza’s remnants.
• Chase and defeat Android 8000MX and Time Breakers at a frozen lake.
• Raditz arrives, detects high battle power, and departs when he realizes none are his brother.

TMQ 2

The Time Patrol travels to Kame House.

• Assist Goku and Piccolo when Time Breakers disrupt the Dragon Radar with jamming devices.
• Clear Pirate Cave of Time Breakers and Android 8000.
• Use a submarine to escape back to the frozen lake.
• Stall Raditz while Piccolo prepares his Makankōsappō, allowing Goku to restrain his brother.

TMQ 3

The Time Patrol protects young Gohan’s training site.

• Destroy cannons set up by a Masked Man to attack Piccolo.
• Stop brainwashed dinosaurs from attacking Gohan.
• Fight Android 8000/8000MX and Time Breakers.
• Witness Gohan’s Great Ape transformation.
• Defeat the Masked Man’s brainwashing device and battle Gohan until Piccolo destroys the moon, reverting him.

TMQ 4

The Saiyan invasion begins.

• Help stall Nappa until Goku arrives.
• Destroy six generators powering a Time Breaker device.
• Assist against Vegeta in Great Ape form while protecting Kuririn and Gohan.
• Yajirobe cuts off Vegeta’s tail, leading to his defeat.
• Encounter Bardock, freed from control, who sacrifices himself to hold off Mira.

TMQ 5

On Namek, Freeza gathers Dragon Balls.

• Fight Cui and Dodoria.
• Prevent Time Breakers from stealing Vegeta’s Dragon Balls.
• Assist Vegeta against Zarbon.

TMQ 6

The Ginyu Force arrives.

• Defeat Recoome and protect Vegeta.
• Save Namekian frogs so Goku can use one to trick Captain Ginyu.
• Defeat Jeice and Ginyu in Goku’s body.
• Battle a mutated Frog-Ginyu.

TMQ 7

The battle against Freeza escalates.

• Prevent Time Breakers from exploiting Freeza’s severed tail.
• Stop Towa’s experiments with Namekian Frogs.
• Face Final Form Freeza alongside Goku.
• Defeat mutated Frog-Ginyu.
