Crafting System Guide

The crafting system allows you to create items with different ingredients. Upgrading your crafting level is simple: you only need to find the right materials, which can be obtained from items.

Note that having a fully crafted Armor Set will increase EXP gained from killing monsters by 10 to 20 %.

Learning Recipes

To start crafting, you will need recipes.

  • Recipes are learned by right-clicking.
  • Warning: You will need the specific crafting level required by the recipe to learn it.

Purchasing Recipes

Recipes can be purchased from NPCs located in specific cities.

  • The numbers on the NPC image show the crafting level you need to read the recipes.
  • You start in the main city, and when you reach level 10 crafting, you must move to Karin City.

Checking Your Crafting Level

You can check your crafting level by pressing C on your keyboard, then going to the third tab.

  1. Current crafting level
  2. Current experience / experience needed for the next level

Crafting Experience

The amount of EXP received decreases the higher your crafting level. The EXP resets every 5 levels.

Example
  • Level 1 = 20 EXP per craft
  • Level 2 = 15 EXP per craft

  • Level 4 = 5 EXP per craft

Obtaining Materials

Materials are obtained by breaking items (gloves, weapons, armor, etc.).

  • Each broken item gives materials depending on the item’s level.

Breaking Items

To break items, go to the appropriate NPC:

  • Select the second option
  • Click the anvil icon
  • Choose an item from your inventory to smash

Warning: Be careful not to break valuable items!

Crafting Materials

There are three main types of crafting materials:

Material Color Description
Manufacturing Extract Blue Used in the production of all crafted items.
Special Parts Yellow Used in the production of all crafted items.
Rare Mineral Red Rare material, used in higher-tier crafting.
Material No. Recipe Level Item Level Range

For every break, you get:

  • Blue No.1–7 (depending on item level)
  • Optional yellow or brown No.1–7

Converting Materials

Since you may have an excess of blue and yellow items, you can convert blue to yellow.

  • Go to the NPC where you bought the recipe (West City is recommended).
  • Buy from the first tab (Eggs L10/L20/L30/L40/L50/L60/L70).
  • Eggs give a random amount of yellow materials and sometimes brown.
